DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the administration of the Blue Earth County Subsurface Sewage Treatment Program (soil verification, design review, permit issuance, inspection, code compliance, record keeping, and enforcement). This position is also responsible for assisting with the administration of the delegated Water Well Program and/or the Wetland Conservation Act Program. This position will assist with the resolution of code/environmental issues, performance of technical services, administration of environmental health program activities, and enforcement of codes and ordinances.
